Inside factory proposed a Framework Agreement for Industrial Transformation Stewardship, which suggests that employers, workers and community members, promoting small and medium industry, cooperatives and family businesses, small businesses and any other form Community Partnership for work, saving and consumption, in the form of collective ownership, to strengthen the country's economic development. Finally, Inapymi is an institute which aims to implement development policies, recovery, promotion and development in field of small and medium industry issued by the National Executive, through the Ministry of Popular Power for Science Technology and Industry Intermediate (Mppctii). The meeting brought together about 43 people, arranged between representatives of organizations and other members of those who ratified the commitment to continue working to advance the socialist productive model established by Simon Bolivar National Plan.
