Today, again, I feel the need to publicize the situation they are going through not only the officers-2007, but for any and all who work as troopers in the revolutionary government's program, given the uncertainty generated by the assignment of this program to the MINISTRY OF SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY AND INDUSTRY INTERMEDIATE, headed by Comrade Jesse Chacon.
